Coverage details by country
In some countries, we maintain third-party liability and/or personal accident insurance. Our decision on whether to maintain insurance depends on a range of factors, including local laws and regulations.
Where insurance is maintained, the cost is already included in the rental price of our vehicles.
Had an accident?
Check to make sure that you and anyone else involved are safe, call emergency services if needed. Remember to report the accident in the Voi app.
Take notes and document
Take photos of the involved vehicle(s), including the vehicle ID, any damage to property and the location of the accident. Exchange contact details with any other people involved, this will help us with any necessary follow-up.
