How can we help?

To delete your Voi account, follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Profile" tab in the bottom right corner.
2. Click on ‘‘Account’’ in the top right corner.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the "Delete Account" button.

Please note that you cannot delete your account if you have an active Voi pass or an outstanding debt related to your account. In such instances, you must first cancel the pass and/or settle the debt before proceeding with the deletion.

If you wish to have all your data erased along with your account, submit a request through our privacy website before deleting your Voi account at https://privacy.voi.com/.
