Our Parking Assistant feature is designed to ensure that parked vehicles do not create obstructions, block access, or pose risks to pedestrians. To comply with this, we kindly request riders to submit a photo of how their vehicle is parked at the end of their ride.
Here's a breakdown of why this is important and how it contributes to a seamless and safe parking experience:
- Verification of correct parking: When parking, please capture both the Voi vehicle and its surroundings. This enables our Parking Assistant to confirm that you have parked correctly, adhering to local requirements. This measure is in place to maintain the safety and accessibility of our streets.
