How can we help?
I received a fee for my parking photo. Why?

Receiving a fee for a parking photo means that a few of your end-of-ride photos didn’t quite meet our photo requirements.
You might wonder why we care so much about parking photos. Here’s why:
- We ask users to submit an end-of-ride photo to see how the vehicle is parked. We want to make sure it’s parked in a way that is safe for everyone around and doesn’t create clutter or obstruction.
- These photos are then reviewed by our Parking Assistant team who is on an important mission to ensure that all our riders park like true parking heroes. Aside from this goal, we analyse submitted photos to see where we can do better and how we can make the whole experience of parking as smooth as possible.
- In addition to parking requirements, we have photo requirements in place designed to make sure that submitted photos allow us to make an unbiased conclusion about how the vehicle is parked. We need to be able to see the entire vehicle in the photo, its surroundings, and the way it’s parked in relation to other objects.
- First and foremost, we want to assist riders in this process. So, before charging a fee, we always make sure to provide riders with guidance and educational materials about parking and only refer to fees in cases of repeated violations.
Note: The parking photo fee is non-refundable.
