I can’t end my ride with the e-bike

If you are having difficulty ending your ride, please consider the following:
- Ensure you are in an appropriate parking zone. Typically, e-bikes should be parked only in designated spots highlighted in blue on the map. If you find yourself in a no-parking zone, relocate to one of the designated spots to successfully end the ride.
- Check for a stable internet connection at your location. Sometimes, moving around a bit can improve the connection. Attempt to end the ride again after ensuring a sufficient connection.
- Restart the app and follow the steps once more.
