I can't connect to the scooter

Check the following if you are experiencing connectivity issues:
- Is the scooter visible on the Voi map?
- Does the scooter have at least 20% battery remaining?
- Have you activated Bluetooth and mobile data?
- Do you have the latest versions of the Voi app and phone software?
- Are there sufficient funds on your payment method?
- Do you have any outstanding payments from a previous ride?
- Close and restart the app.
If, after completing each of the above steps, you are still unable to connect to a vehicle, please contact us directly through the 'Help' section in the app.
