I can't connect to the scooter

Check the following if you are experiencing connectivity issues:

  • Is the scooter visible on the Voi map?
  • Does the scooter have at least 20% battery remaining?
  • Have you activated Bluetooth and mobile data?
  • Do you have the latest versions of the Voi app and phone software?
  • Are there sufficient funds on your payment method?
  • Do you have any outstanding payments from a previous ride?
  • Close and restart the app.

If, after completing each of the above steps, you are still unable to connect to a vehicle, please contact us directly through the 'Help' section in the app.
