At the moment, e-bikes are accessible in specific cities. To ascertain their availability in your city, click on the filter icon located at the bottom right corner of the app. All vehicle types accessible in your city will be displayed.

To initiate a ride with an e-bike, identify the nearest e-bike on the app's map. Scan the QR code on the e-bike or opt for ''Tap to ride'' in the app to unlock.

If you encounter difficulties connecting to an e-bike, please close and restart the app before checking the following:

• Is the bike visible on the map?
• Does the bike have more than 20% battery remaining?
• Have you activated Bluetooth and mobile data?
• Do you have the latest versions of the Voi app and your phone's software?
• Are there sufficient funds in your chosen payment method?
