How can we help?

Yes, we currently offer three types of discounts!

1. Voi 4 All

Supporting disadvantaged users, including those from low-income groups, refugees & asylum seekers, disabled people and older people 65+, with a 50% discount on a monthly Voi Pass in your town or city.

2. Voi 4 Heroes

Supporting NHS staff, Blue Light Card holders, military personnel and veterans with a 20% discount on a monthly Voi Pass, in your town or city.

3. Voi 4 Students

Supporting students, apprentices and staff at higher education institutions with a 20% discount on a monthly Voi Pass in your town or city.

How does it work?

In order to apply for one of our discounts you need to:

1. Create your Voi account through our app.

2. Apply for your discount through our website - note that our website will either take you to an application form or a third party site to process your application form. 

3. Once you have received your confirmation that your application has been approved, the discounts as stated above will apply. Standard pricing is applied until you have received that confirmation. Retroactive discounts will not be applied.

4. Note that these discounts are not applicable to pay-as-you-go rides.
