Supporting NHS staff, Blue Light Card holders, military personnel and veterans with a 20% discount on a monthly Voi Pass, in your town or city.

Supporting students, apprentices and staff at higher education institutions with a 20% discount on a monthly Voi Pass in your town or city.

There are several reasons why Voi may temporarily reserve an amount against your payment method, as outlined below:

The value of the reserved amounts may vary between £4, £5, or £7.50 / €4, €5 or €7.50 / 50 SEK, 50 NOK, 50 DKK.

If the cost of your ride was less than the reserved amount, the difference will be released by Voi immediately. However, this may not be reflected on your payment method until 1 to 7 business days have passed. If the reserved amount is still visible after 7 business days, we recommend contacting your financial provider for further information.

The cost of riding a Voi scooter depends on the payment plan you choose. There are three options: pay-as-you-go, a day pass, and a monthly subscription.

Redeeming a voucher is simple! Just open the Voi app menu, go to 'Wallet,' and select 'Add a discount code.'

You have the flexibility to redeem the voucher anytime and use it whenever you prefer. While unlocking a scooter (after scanning it but before tapping 'Unlock'), you can choose which of your redeemed vouchers you want to apply.

Accessing your ride receipts and Voi passes is easy within the app!

Please note, downloading multiple receipts together is not an option at the moment.

You can choose between multiple payment methods: Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

To add a payment method to your account, go to the menu and tap “Wallet”, then “Add payment method”.

To keep your account secure, we send a text message (SMS) to your phone to confirm it's really you. If you don’t get the code after entering your phone number, try these steps:

This charge corresponds to a previous ride where the payment failed. If you see a charge with the description 

 on your bank statement, it means that we’ve recovered an outstanding payment for one of your past rides.

In other words, we didn’t manage to successfully charge the cost of the ride at the time of the ride (due to insufficient funds, failed or declined payment, or other reasons) and have only managed to do so now.

Check your ride history in the app to match the amount and identify the ride that the charge is connected to.

Normally, after completing all modules in a course, you’ll receive the reward automatically on your Voi account (if you have one).


If you don’t have a Voi account, you can proceed as a guest by following the link on the Reward page and following the instructions there. Note that before you click “

”, you need to set up your Voi account. 

After all the steps are completed, the reward will appear in the Wallet in your Voi app (check the section Discounts), ready to be used on your next ride. If you don’t want to use it on your next ride, you can deactivate the discount and activate it again later. Note that the reward applies to just one ride and unused minutes cannot be rolled over to another ride.
