Current Voi investors with Russian links

Aleksander Eliseev of Litten Investments: Mr Eliseev owns about 1.2 per cent of the shares in the company through Litten Investments. We understand that he has made several investments in start-up companies in Europe focussing on logistics and transport. Mr Eliseev is mainly known for logistics company GlobalTrans that was listed on London stock exchange in 2008 and logistics company GlobalTruck that was listed on Moscow stock exchange in 2017. Mr Eliseev has never been and is not on any sanctions list. Litten became a shareholder in 2019.
Ilya Yushaev of PTC: Mr Ilya Yushvaev owns about 2.9 per cent of the shares in the company through PTC. We understand that he has made multiple investments in European and US start-ups. Mr. Yushvaev’ father is mainly known from when PepsiCo acquired the then NYSE listed dairy company Wimm Bill Dann in 2010. Neither Mr Ilya Yushvaev nor any of his family members have ever been and are not on any sanctions list. PTC became a shareholder in 2020.
Further, Aleksander Nesis of Minatreso Limited participated in the convertible loan that Voi issued in 2021, so is not a shareholder in the company unless any conversion of that loan takes place. We understand that he has made several investments in start-up companies in Europe, US and Asia. Mr. Nesis is mainly known for being the founder of London and Moscow listed Polymetal and owner of investment company Minatreso Limited. Mr Nesis has never been and is not on any sanctions list.
