Our Parking Assistant team reviews these photos with the aim of guiding riders to park in a manner that ensures safety for everyone and avoids creating clutter or obstructions.

You might be wondering why it's crucial for us to receive a well-captured parking photo. The simple answer is that a clear photo is essential for us to assess the parking arrangement. The more detailed explanation is that we strive for an unbiased and fair evaluation, aiming to enhance the clarity and smoothness of the vehicle parking experience.

How can you capture an effective parking photo? Follow these steps!

• Ensure your photo is well-lit and clear. Use a flashlight if it's dark. 📸
• Take a step back when capturing the photo to include the entire vehicle in the frame. This enables us to assess the surroundings and how the vehicle is positioned in relation to other objects. We want to guarantee that it doesn’t impede access, cause clutter, or pose any risk to disabled or visually impaired individuals.

Repeated violations of parking photo requirements may result in a fee.
