With Parking Assistant, we request riders to submit a picture illustrating how the vehicle is parked at the end of the ride.

The notification you’ve received serves as an educational tool, guiding users to park in a manner that ensures safety and accessibility. The notification also informs you if your parking was a little risky. For example, the vehicle wasn’t parked next to and in parallel with a wall (or other hindrances), it was obstructing access and could have posed a danger to others, especially to disabled or visually impaired individuals.

Repeated violations of parking requirements may incur fees. Familiarise yourself with the parking guidelines specific to your city, also easily accessible in our app.
