Please note that group rides are currently unavailable in the UK.

⁠If you’re experiencing trouble ending a group ride, please check the following:

• Are you standing next to the vehicle that you’re trying to end the ride for? You must be close to the vehicle in order to end the ride. Make sure to stick together when on a group ride as the host is responsible for ending each of the rides.

• Are the vehicles in an allowed parking spot? Check the map in the app to make sure you and the guest vehicles are located in an allowed parking spot. You can also select your location from our website for local information on where to park in your city.

• Do you have an internet connection and the latest version of the app installed?
