I didn’t receive my reward after completing the courses in RideSafe Academy

Normally, after completing all modules in a course, you’ll receive the reward automatically on your Voi account (if you have one).


If you don’t have a Voi account, you can proceed as a guest by following the link on the Reward page and following the instructions there. Note that before you click “Redeem discount”, you need to set up your Voi account. 

After all the steps are completed, the reward will appear in the Wallet in your Voi app (check the section Discounts), ready to be used on your next ride. If you don’t want to use it on your next ride, you can deactivate the discount and activate it again later. Note that the reward applies to just one ride and unused minutes cannot be rolled over to another ride. 

If you haven’t received the reward, it’s usually connected to one of the following:

  • Typos and misspellings in the email address. Make sure that the email address is entered correctly.

  • The email address isn’t registered with Voi. Make sure that the email address you used for RideSafe Academy is exactly the same as the one you use in your Voi app. Check Profile in your Voi app to see the email address used to create the account.

  • The reward was already redeemed on your account. You can access the completed courses at any time, however, you can receive the reward only once.
